In the Carboy

This is what I have brewing right now.

Plain
Maple
Elderberry
Blueberry Allspice
- Now re-named to Bitch Blueberry.  Because it's was a Bitch to strain out the blueberries and filter.  Tastes damn good without aging though, should be phenomenal after 6 months.

Peach Cinnamon - First time doing this and ended up with the first blowoff through a vaporlock... Have to make sure to leave a minimum of 1.5 gallons of headspace for this one. (I only had 1 galllon)

Black Currant - Trying an old recipe with a new twist. I'm using pureed black currants instead of black currant syrup.  Looks much darker that previous. The difference should be interesting.

Just Finished

Strawberry - Went from 1.100 S.G. to 1.000 S.G. in ONE WEEK!!!! Usually takes a good two months or longer to get there.  So far, taste pretty good. I may want to use more strawberries next time though.

Tyrell's Bungled Bock - I've never been a great beer brewer and this just confirms it. This was my first attempt at a Bock beer.  It's OK, but it's way too malty with not enough hops. I'm not a fan of hoppy beers, but this one REALLY could use more hops.

On The Back Burner

I plan on doing another Maple, another Elderberry (my specialty) and another Black Currant.  I'm also going to try doing a Scottish Ale and possibly try my hand at doing a Barleywine and a Braggot.
