Mark & Nancy met in'79 shortly after Mark moved to New England from the south where he had played in Acoustic folk rock bands in Florida and Alabama.

When they discovered their shared interest in music, they began performing together combining Nancy's clear velvety voice with Mark's experienced guitar playing and vocals tempered by his years of singing country rock, in the south. They found that their voices blended well as they developed a distinctive harmonic style.

After performing in the New England area for a couple years, they set performing aside to raise a family. Recently Mark's songwriting has become more prolific,so they have decided once again to perform and record in order to share these new songs with audiences.

The songs they write run the spectrum from simple reflections of nature to exploring the ups and downs of relationships.  Their close harmonies are evidence of their 18 years of making music & living together.

Mark and Nancy have performed for the Cocheco Arts Festival and Firehouse One in Dover, The Pressroom and The Dolphin Striker in Portsmouth, the Kennebunk UU Church Coffeehouse, and the summer Arts in the Park concert series in Manchester.  Recently they performed  live and were interviewed on WERS radio in Boston.

In 1997 they released their first recording of thirteen original songs on CDs and cassettes.  Entitled "MOZAIC", it is independently produced by Anthony Marino of Marino Sound Productions with graphic design by Marsha Hatch of Sharpe Design.
