Check out my new toe rings!  You can't see them very well thanks to my non-focusing webcam, but they're cool.  Toe rings, toe rings, how I love thous...  I think toe rings are very feminine.  I mean, if you think about it... toes are pretty funny looking and odd but you add a little polish and a couple of rings and all of the sudden they aren't so ugly.  Toes are your friends.  Embrace them!

So I was playing around with my camera and was noticing that I look so much different with longer hair.  My hair isn't long by any means but longer than the pictures above.  And it makes me look so different.  I guess that's the whole purpose of changing one's hairstyle.  However I am the type of person who never changes her hairstyle.  But I guess I just made a liar out of myself since my hair is now much longer than it was in those pictures.

And now my bangs get in my eyes...  Oh well... I'll live!  I promise!

 Today is a good day because it's payday.  There just aren't enough paydays as far as I'm concerned.  I feel lately as if I have been living for paydays.  That's so shallow and it's not because I am a materialistic person.  It is simply because I want to get my new car on the road!  I just can't believe how much it's going to cost.  And it's very difficult now to save money when we are painting and wall papering the house.  By the way, todays background is what our kitchen border is going to be.  It's brighter than this but I had to make it lighter so that my words would show up.  But it's very cute.  Angels.  =o)  Blue and green, my two favorite colors.  I can't wait until it's finished!

But I also REALLY need my new car on the road because it has a/c and the old one doesn't.  Huge bummer.  And it has a CD player and the old one doesn't.  And besides I love my new little car!

Kathy just went to get us ice cream.  I'm getting Mint Oreo, if they don't have that I'm getting Mint Chocolate Chip, if they don't have that I'm getting M&M.  It's always important to give several choices when one is sending one's co-worker to make an ice cream purchase.  She's back!  And I got my first choice!  Yay!  It's yummy!

I bit my tongue last night while I was sleeping.  I hate that.

It is time for me to change my orange toenail polish.  What color shall I make them next?!  Hmmm...

It's FRIDAY (!!!) but...

** The seats in the car are still wet from leaving the windows down during the storm.
** This morning the basement was flooded.
** It's going to cost over $1,000 to get our new car on the road.
** So we're still driving the crappy old one.
** Which isn't so bad I suppose.
** Except that the seats are still wet.
** But hey, I already mentioned that.
** Oh well, it's my journal.

** Dwayne and I get paid during the same week now.
** Every two weeks.
** I find it impossible to make the money stretch that long.
** Yet the same amount of money was enough when we got paid on opposite weeks.
** Wah.
** Whining.
** Because I have recently discovered my new favorite hobby... shopping.
** Shopping is hard to do without money.
** I guess I'm not being very thankful for my blessings.
** Okay, I'm taking the bull by the horns now.
** And I'm going to have a good weekend regardless.
** So there satan.  Take THAT!

 So the thunder storm that started out as "yay man I love this stuff" ended up with "Oh man, let's go to Dunkin Donuts because I have to go pee and we can't use the bathroom at home because we can't flush the toilet because we have no electricity".  Grrrr!  And then in the middle of the night I was woken up by the annoying flashing of the clock.  And it's funny because yesterday right after I got done getting excited about the thunder storm the electricity went out here as well. 

Jungle Jim was sitting next to the window with it open and I told him he shouldn't sit so close because lightning can come through an open window.  He didn't believe me until someone else confirmed that yes, once again, I was right.  He's funny.  I'll never forget the time he said to one of our customers, "I have a funny phone... it's not making me laugh, I just can't hear you."  He cracks me up!

Okay, sometimes creating a website is really irritating and right at the moment I do not like the background inside this table.  Which means I will need to be changing it.  Which means that you will see the one that I like and ended up keeping and you will not see the one that I am seeing right now that is irritating me.  You also will come to understand that you did not need to know everything that I just said, however I am going to leave it here because I amuse myself and that is really what is important to me.  See how selfish I can be sometimes?  =o)  And I know what you're thinking... this background clashes with the other backgrounds.  But that's the look I'm going for.  I don't know why.  A couple months ago I was going through a black and white phase, now I want lots of color.  I know I'm difficult but it's necessary.  Just trust me.  =o)

I have several new freckles on my hands.  And the freckles on my arms, like, expanded.  I don't know how to explain it.  They got bigger.

 Welcome to my new format.  Nothing matches and I like it.  And all my entries for the week or the month will go on this front page.  Who knows if I'll keep up with the updating because I'm a procrastinator from way back and if I don't write when I feel inspired then I just plain ole don't write.  I'm going to try and update from work.  Shhh... that's a secret.  ;o)

So my life is just one pain in the butt problem after another.  There are many many good things in my life and I'm still a happy girl most of the time but man, I can't keep up with things sometimes.  For instance... just recently I had a yeast infection and bladder infection all at the same time.  That was fun.  Not.

But hey, I try and look on the bright side... my toenails are painted orange:

My toenails are my most recent obsession.  I like painting them, I like dressing them up with rings.  I like wearing sandals so I can look at them all day.  It's just a girl thing I guess.  Kathy has informed me that I can not call my toes 'toes' because they are too short and stubby.  She says they are 'stubs'.  Whatever.  I try not to listen to her too much.  =oÞ  That doesn't work well though.  She can be persistent when she wants to be.  Yeah.  She's like that.

I got a new mouse pad today.  It cost $10 bucks and I'm not really thrilled about it.  It's completely flat and that's fine but the little ball thing on my mouse doesn't roll very well on it.  Well I wasn't very happy about that.  A good mouse pad is a must when you sit at a computer ALL day long.  It LOOKS cool though.  A lot of good that does me though.  I'm a little picky.  I have PMS.

Ummm... the other night I was laying in bed looking up at the ceiling and happened to notice a bug crawling around.  Now, fine, my room is big enough for one bug right?  But out of the entire area that it could have been crawling around in, the bug, in all it's buggly wisdom, decided it was best to crawl in the one square foot right above my head.  That's completely unacceptable when I am trying to fall asleep.  I decided, in all my humanly wisdom, that I needed to get up and kick some bug butt.
